Pole Retreat Portugal was born 2023 out of our great idea and motivation to get together people from all around the world, share knowledge and grow our Pole Community. It is our bi annual event, full of intensive workshops, performances and social activities. Held in the beautiful coastal town of Lisbon, this retreat is a perfect blend of fitness, fun, and relaxation.
The retreat is hosted by experienced pole dance instructors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with others. Participants can expect to learn new techniques, improve their strength and flexibility, and refine their performance skills through a variety of workshops and classes.
In addition to pole dancing, Pole Retreat Portugal offers a range of other activities to keep participants engaged and entertained. These include yoga morning sessions, beach trips, photoshots and social events such as boat party and group dinners. There is also plenty of free time to explore the local area, soak up the sun, and enjoy the laid-back Portuguese lifestyle.
Pole Dance Portugal is an academy licated in Lisbon Area, with 2 big studios. Our studio has revolutionised the way people perceive and practice pole dance. They are dedicated to promote pole dance as a form of fitness, art and self-expression for everyone, regardless of age, gender or fitness level. The company’s approach has helped break down the stigma around pole dance and inspired countless people to take up the sport in Portugal. Pole Dance gained a lot of popularity in the country and Pole Dance Portugal academy has contributed a lot to this.
What sets Pole Dance Portugal apart is its focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, making it a hub for pole dance enthusiasts in Portugal, attracting students from all over the country as well as international visitors.
My name is Inês Marques and Nellinha Colic we are two passionate pole dancers, who love to dance, to travel the world and meet people. So, we decided to bring our passion together and create a mesmerising experience for you and for us!
We would like our Pole Community to grow around the world, therefore we created this get together, so that we can all learn and share this passion with each other.
